 Checklist for admission to Heritage Christian Academy

  • Completed and Signed Application Payment of Fees and Tuition
  • Signed Copy of 'Statement of Financial Responsibility' (emailed to you after application is processed)
  • Signed Copy of 'Parent’s Pledge of Acceptance and Acknowledgement of Handbook Policies' (Heritage Christian Academy Child/Parent handbook available online)
  • Signed Physician’s Statement
  • Current Immunization records  
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (All students must be at least 18 months of age before being admitted to MDO program)
  • Copy of any special testing, if applicable.

            January 16th-March 30th                     $75/child                         (max registration/family - $200 if registered at the same time)

                        April 2nd-May 11th                               $125/child                     (max registration/family -$350 if registered at the same time)

                        May 14th-School Completion            $200/child                       (max registration/family-$500 if registered at same time)

 

 Curriculum and Supply Fees (Covers textbooks and basic classroom supplies; pencils, crayons, scissors, glue, etc.)

                2 day programs   $225                       3 day programs  $250                        5 day programs   $275

 

 Activity / Field Trip Fee (Covers extracurricular activities:  fieldtrip shirts, entrance fees, classroom parties, etc.)

Supplementary Programs 

                ***Program availability depends upon a minimum of 10 students to make class.***

                Early Morning Care            6:45am-8:00am    $7.50/day            $75/month   (August – May)

                After School Care                3:45pm-6:00pm     $15/day              $160/month (August – May)

                        (Fifteen minutes after the end of the student’s school day, parents will be charged for after school care. )

                        (After 6:00pm, a charge of $1 per minute will be applied.)




Discounts

                Annual tuition paid in advance:       3%    

                Semester tuition paid in advance:   1%

                Multiple children:                               5% of total tuition

                SOTH Members:                                  $10/month per child
